Melissa Etheridge is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and activist. In 1993, she won her first Grammy Award for the single, “Ain’t It Heavy,” and received the Recording Industry Association of America’s certification of 6x Platinum for her, “Yes I Am,” album. In April 2019, Etheridge released a new album entitled, The Medicine Show.
