Going back to the basics sounds so comforting but what exactly does that mean? Join us for the next couple of weeks for the start of an ongoing series to discuss what it means with our coach Sherrie Anne. This will likely be a refresher and a nice reminder for many, but new information for others. Having a grasp on some of the fundamentals will bring you comfort and knowledge on how to move forward to help boost your immune system to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Knowing how to eat, sleep, and move our bodies in order to heal our bodies, we must understand some of the essentials so that we are in a better place to learn more advanced information.
